On 24th January 2017, NEXtCARE, the leading Third Party Administrators (TPA) in the MENA region, held an event entitled ‘NEXtCARE Innovation and Digitalization Forum’ at St Regis, Doha. The conference provided the health care industry a chance to experience a Unique Customer Journey and showcased its range of innovative digital solutions.
Plans to replace Health Cards with a new digitalized Qatar National ID, which will capture customer’s health data, took center stage. Key stakeholders also had an opportunity to interact with PULSE, NEXtCARE’s smart Provider Portal linked to the Qatar National ID registration; as well as NEXtCARE’s Provider Kiosk, a unique concept that goes beyond its usual service line and delivers an optimized, digital end-to-end solution to both providers and members.
