A smile is a gift. Give a smile to your loved ones first thing in the morning. Smile to your work colleagues. Smile to yourself.

2. Breathing

3 minutes of deep breathing morning and evening, with consciousness.
Breathing is the first function of your body. Our belly is the centre of our emotions. Breathing deeply and slowly makes our belly move and let go of negative emotions and toxins.
When you breathe deeply, imagine you are absorbing the sun’s healing rays and positive energy.

3. Water: A New Way to Wake Up

Finish your morning shower with cold water: it will wake you up!
Water helps your body cleanse toxins and negative energies.
Drink at least 1,5 litres of water a day. Add a few drops of food grade essential oil to boost your health.

Every day, take part in some form of physical exercise: yoga, stretching, walking, cycling, dancing, jogging… This encourages you to breathe deeply and your body to become revitalized.

Take a moment to relax and meditate every day. Sit in silence, contemplate, pray, be grateful. Open your heart and breathe into it. All it takes is 5 to 10 minutes every day to bring relaxation into your body and soul.

7. Sleeping

The best time to sleep is before midnight: sleep hours count double before this time. When you get to bed, breathe deeply. Imagine you are breathing out and releasing all the negative energies of the day each time you exhale. Fall asleep serene and free.

8. Harmony

Consciously improve your emotional harmony. Be grateful, laugh often, sing, dance, appreciate your life, allow yourself to be amazed and enchanted by the world’s beauty. Consider seeing a kinesiologist, healer or holistic therapist to harmonize your energies.

9. Positive Thought

Create a positive thought each morning. Our thoughts are vibes and they are infinite. A healthy body creates, maintains and captures positive thoughts. Send positive thoughts out into the Universe and to others, and positive vibes will return to you.
