Which Fruits and Vegetables Are Best?

You can juice almost all fruits and vegetables, with the exception of:

  • Avocados
  • Bananas
  • Leeks
  • Eggplant (Aubergine)
  • Figs

Depending on the type of juicer you have, fruits and vegetables with tough skins may need to be peeled:

  • Citrus fruits
  • Kiwis
  • Melons
  • Pineapples
  • Mangos

Many of these nutrients are found just under the peel, so when possible buy organic and leave the skin on. 1 beetroot
1 handful of raspberries
1 carrot
1 apple

Purple Power
2 handfuls of blueberries
1 handful of strawberries
1 pear
1/4 cucumber
